⚠️ IMPORTANT: The "Settling" Period Since we use natural wool with high volume (21 cm), the pillow will look very puffy at first. This is normal. Wool requires a breaking-in period of about 15 days. During this time, the fiber will naturally compress and settle under your head's weight, losing some initial bulk to reach its definitive, ergonomic shape.

Care and Maintenance

1. Air it out: Expose the pillow to fresh air regularly (in the shade) to regenerate the fibers.

2. Refurbishing Service: We offer an exclusive service to wash and recard the wool, restoring its original volume.
